About Jo
I didn’t arrive here through a straight line
For over two decades I worked in corporate environments, learning how to perform, deliver, and hold everything together. From the outside it looked successful. On the inside, something quieter was asking for more.
It was through personal upheaval, grief, and the unravelling of a life I once knew that I began to come back to myself. Not through quick fixes, but through practices that asked me to slow down, feel, and rebuild from the inside out.
Kundalini yoga, creativity, writing, and energy work became anchors. Not things I “did”, but ways I learned to live
Now, I guide others through that same space. The in-between. The part where everything familiar has fallen away, and something new is waiting to be formed.
My work isn’t about becoming someone else.
It’s about returning to who you were before you learned to override yourself.

The Art of Becoming
is a return to what is real

The work I share meets you in different ways, but it all leads back to you.
Each space below reflects a different doorway. Some are practical, some creative, some deeply personal.
Together, they form the foundation of how I guide others back to themselves.
This work was shaped through 25 years inside high-pressure environments, where performance often came at the cost of wellbeing.
Now, I bring tools that support clarity, regulation, and sustainable energy back into those spaces.
Creative
Creativity has been one of my greatest tools for healing; a way for me to process, express, and come back to myself. Now, it’s something I share with others, as a way to explore, release, and reconnect beyond words. I believe our lives are art.
I know what it feels like to hold everything alone.
These spaces were created as an alternative; where you can be seen, heard, and supported without needing to have it all figured out. When women gather and share their truth something powerful happens.
Writing
Creative writing and poetry helped me find language for what I couldn’t explain. Through words, I now share that process, so others can begin to understand and give voice to their own experience.
Kundalini Yoga
This practice supported me in rebuilding from the inside out; through breath, movement, meditation, mantra and awareness. Now, I guide others back into their bodies, helping them create stability and safety within.
Healing
Some things sit deeper than we can think or talk through, when we access the subconscious we are able to find real treasure. Energy work and intuitive practices helped me access patterns and beliefs that were held beneath the surface and now supports others in gently releasing and realigning.
